At Peace Church, we believe we are called to do life together - rejoicing with those who rejoice and mourning with those who mourn.
Whatever life brings your way, we want you to know that God loves you and so do we!
Whatever you need: resources, prayer, or someone to walk alongside you in your specific time of need, we’re here to help and show you we care. When God’s people are in need, be ready to help them.
Always be eager to practice hospitality. Romans 12:13
WHAT CARE IS OFFERED?
Please note that Peace Care is only available for Peace Church members. If you are interested in becoming a member, sign up for the New Members Class - Next Steps.
NEW ADDITION TO THE FAMILY
If you or your spouse has recently had a baby, we want to know about it. We’d love to celebrate the new addition to our Peace Family. We Care and we don’t mind bringing a hot meal or even stopping by to help so that the new mother can get some rest. Please text this number or click here to submit a request form.
HOSPITAL VISITATION
If you or a loved one is struggling with sickness or disease and would like a pastor or volunteer to visit the hospital, please contact us through our care request form. We don’t want anyone in our church family to walk through their health journey alone, we CARE and we would be happy to offer our care and support.
FUNERALS
If a loved one has recently passed away, we want you to know we are so sorry for your loss. Psalm 34:18 reminds us that the Lord is close to the brokenhearted. We also want to be available to support you during this season, where we can through funeral care. Our care team is here to connect with your family, offer comfort, pray, and determine any needs (such as an officiant and/or host for the funeral service).
BENEVOLENCE
If you are in need of financial support, we want to direct you to local resources in the area. The church is a place where people can find support and opportunities to learn about their role as stewards of what God has entrusted them with.
BIBLICAL COUNSELING
If you're stressed (fatigue, relationship conflicts), needing help with mental illness (anxiety, depression), struggling with addiction (substance abuse, sexual immorality), or just would like to have someone to talk to. Please fill out the care form for assistance.
URGENT CARE
If you are having suicidal thoughts, find hope today. Chat with someone from the Hope Line now or dial 1.800.273.8255 for the 24/7 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. If this is a life-threatening emergency, please dial 911.
WEDDINGS
Peace offers pre-marital counseling with your pastors. We offer Peace Groups for couples, and we also offer our church facilities to members in good standing. Please submit a request form to inquire about the facility or counseling. And you can find more information about the peace group for couples here.
PRAYER
We desire to see every person at Gateway develop an intimate relationship with God through a personal prayer life. We grow in prayer through groups, Equip classes, online courses, and praying together on the weekend before and after service. Prayer invites the power and presence of God into our lives to accomplish His plans and purposes.
